Job Description:
A company is looking for a Commercial Underwriter II to conduct
credit and financial analyses for new loan requests.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct creditworthiness assessments and analyze financial data for
loan packages
Prepare credit memorandums for presentation to the Credit
Committee
Collaborate with loan officers to develop strategies for risk
mitigation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
3 or more years of experience in commercial credit analysis and
underwriting
Proven expertise in credit and financial analysis
Proficient in financial spreadsheets and document editing
Experience in development finance is preferred
