A company is looking for a Patient Financial Services -
Collector Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with management to develop goals and strategies for the
Patient Financial Services Team
Perform quality reviews of patient accounts and monitor adherence
to policies and procedures
Provide training and coaching for new and existing employees while
managing team performance and productivity targets
Required Qualifications
High school diploma required
5-7 years of patient financial services experience in a medical
practice or healthcare setting required
Extensive experience leading teams and managing people
Understanding of managed care contract types, specialty insurance,
and billing practices
Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, and other government
assistance programs and regulations
