Job Description:
A company is looking for an Equity Operations Associate (I).
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate data in the equity platform and manage stock
option programs
Ensure compliance with reporting requirements and collaborate with
Legal, Payroll, and People teams
Provide excellent customer service to equity participants and
deliver training on stock plan processes
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in equity administration, payroll, finance,
or analysis
Knowledge of stock options, Cap Table management, and related legal
documentation
Familiarity with equity compensation compliance and reporting
requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar data management tools
Understanding of domestic and international tax laws for stock
options is a plus
