A company is looking for a Compliance Systems & Control
Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of six compliance experts
Develop, enhance, and maintain compliance systems
Research compliance-related risks in the cryptocurrency
business
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in international compliance/financial crime
compliance and system development
Proven experience in managing and leading a team and compliance
product
University degree in Compliance, Law, Computer Science, Data
Science, or Statistics preferred
ACAMS or ACFCS certification preferred
Experience in Compliance RegTech startups and traditional banks
