Job Description:

Manage Nursing Services and Staff in a Fast-Paced Unit
Lead a team of healthcare professionals in a 27-bed unit with a focus on neurological, thoracic, abdominal, and orthopedic trauma patients.

As a Clinical Director, you will oversee the nursing services and staff, ensuring quality care and compliance with relevant policies and standards. The unit is a designated stroke overflow unit for CHRISTUS Spohn, and you will work closely with a diverse team of physicians, advanced practitioners, RNs, LVNs, Therapists, RRTs, and ancillary staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate nursing services and staff to ensure high-quality patient care
  
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant standards
  
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide exceptional patient care and outcomes
  
  
  Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • Education:
    
    • 
      
    • Graduate of a Registered Nursing program
      
    • Bachelor's of Science in Nursing required
      
    • Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred
      
      
      
    • Experience:
      
      • 
        
      • Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical patient care experience
        
      • Minimum of 2 years of healthcare leadership experience
        
        
        
      • Licenses and Certifications:
        
        • 
          
        • RN license in good standing
          
        • Registered Nurse (RN) required
          
        • BLS - American Heart Association
          
        • Additional certifications required
