A company is looking for a Junior Account Manager to drive growth and sales strategies in the pharma/biotech industry.



Key Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients through scheduled calls and inbound leads, conducting sales via Google Meets, phone calls, and email
Educate clients on services, addressing their questions and demonstrating value to facilitate their decision-making
Identify client challenges through probing questions and propose effective solutions while continuously learning about the industry and services


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Highly coachable with the ability to rapidly understand and implement feedback on the sales process
Strong desire for learning and personal development, with adaptability to new software and client situations
Proficient in problem-solving, capable of analyzing client processes and suggesting improvements
Demonstrated strong work ethic and commitment to a full-time position without external business distractions
Results-driven mindset, responsible for meeting key performance indicators (KPIs)
