Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technology Management Analyst to
drive improvements in processes and technologies supporting the
Supply Chain team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide product support, track issues, and collaborate with
technical resources to resolve system problems
Document business processes, technical requirements, and manage
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Communicate status updates and facilitate the implementation of new
functionalities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Technology
Management
Prior experience with ERP systems or Salesforce
