Job Description:
A company is looking for a PromoMats Project Manager
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
Manage resources throughout the approval process, ensuring
compliance with standards
Capture notes and action items during Co-Create sessions and manage
feedback for 3rd parties
Coordinate with the Safety Label Team regarding promotional
assessments during label updates
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of experience with Medical Legal Review project
management
Working knowledge of Veeva Vault PromoMats and the approval
process
Experience in a regulated environment
Content management experience
Familiarity with AMA guidelines for referencing
