A company is looking for a Strategy and Implementation Manager
to oversee client implementations and optimize software
solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Become an expert in the company's SaaS products and guide customers
through implementations
Lead end-to-end product implementations and manage integration
mapping discussions
Ensure customer satisfaction and adoption of the SaaS platforms
while identifying optimization opportunities
Required Qualifications
Undergraduate degree with a business-related major
3-5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role with client and
project management experience
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple
priorities
Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Office, Confluence, and
Jira
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced
environment
