Job Description:
A company is looking for a Journey Management Specialist
(Seasonal/Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize digital lifecycle journeys post
implementation
Analyze performance and recommend improvements to the journey
development team
Design and manage engagement across multiple digital channels for
an omnichannel experience
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related
discipline
Experience in Digital Marketing and/or Content Marketing is a
plus
Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce.com Marketing Cloud,
Eloqua, or Marketo is advantageous
Proficiency in web-analytics applications and strong database
skills preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
