Hey there! Froggy's Grub & Pub in Victoria, TX 77904 is on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced BOH Manager to join our awesome team. As a key member of our hospitality crew, you'll be in charge of making sure everything in the kitchen runs smoothly to give our guests the best experience possible. What You'll Be Doing: Running the show to make sure our guests leave happy Figuring out ways to save money on food costs Working closely with the front of house team for top-notch service Keeping our food quality and presentation top-notch Knowing the ins and outs of hotel operations and catering Managing staff effectively to keep things running smoothly Being a pro at restaurant management, housekeeping, and guest service Having mad skills in kitchen management and scratch cooking Keeping track of our food inventory and making sure we don't waste anything Understanding the principles of food and beverage management Planning menus and knowing your way around OpenTable Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits: Health Insurance, Vacation Leave, Sick Leave, Holiday Pay, Paid Time Off Our Commitment: Here at Froggy's Grub & Pub, we're all about creating a diverse, fair, and inclusive workplace where everyone is valued and respected.
