Job Description Summary:
Under the supervision of the Dean of Continuing and Community Education, the Director will provide oversight of daily business and registration operation, adhere to all THECB rules and regulations, Del Mar College policies and practices, and analyze statistical data on the enrollment performance of the division overall in accordance with HB8 funding metrics.
The purpose of this position is to serve as the Director over the CE Business and Registration office including all admission and registration functions for the Dual Enrollment, Continuing Education (CE) and Corporate Service divisions. This position will collaborate closely with the college's business office and registrar's office.


Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's degree

Five (5) years of related experience.


Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree.

Three (3) years related experience in higher education.

Experience working with data analytics and performance reporting.
