Job Description Summary:
The Contractor Resource Center (CRC) Program Manager serves as the primary point of contact and coordinator of all CRC activities for the communities and counties supported by the CCREDC.

Supervises and operates the CRC office.

Conducts and manages all advising and training for CRC clients.

Provides one-on-one advising to prepare and connect area small businesses with large, multi-year projects, which will assist local businesses expand their capabilities to compete in the commercial arena for current and future projects.


Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business field.

Five (5) years of experience in business management/advising, training, and vendor management.


Preferred Qualifications:
Five to ten (5-10) years of experience with industry operations.

Five to ten (5-10) years of experience with industrial purchasing processes.

Five to ten years (5-10) of experience with construction bid coordination.
