Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team at CHRISTUS Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with other disciplines to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide primary care to a designated group of patients under the direction of the Registered Nurse.
• Assist in the collection of patient data used to determine nursing needs of the patient.
• Work with other disciplines to ensure a collaborative approach to the care of the patient.Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of vocational nursing.
  • Current Texas State LVN License.
  • CPR (American Heart Association) certification.Work Environment:Kleberg Med/Surg Telemetry/Pediatrics is a 32-bed Unit that provides care to patients from infants to end-of-life geriatric patients.
