Aveanna Healthcare seeks a dedicated and caring Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Private Duty Nurse for weekend nights. This part-time opportunity allows you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.Job Summary:

• Provide one-on-one care to patients with complex medical needs in the comfort of their own homes.Responsibilities:
  • Implementation of Physicians' Orders: Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies as directed by our patients' physicians.
  • Patient Assessments and Care Coordination: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical needs and coordinate care with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless support.
  • Health Promotion and Education: Teach patients and their families about healthy habits, disease management, and medication adherence to promote overall well-being.Requirements:
    • Active RN License: Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered RN license in the state where you will practice.
    • CPR Certification: Current certification from the American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or BLS.
    • TB Skin Test: Must have a current TB skin test within the last 12 months.
