ICU experience 1 + years within the last year Ability to care for 4-6 patients at a time Preferred or nice to have : - candidates with these skills will be considered first. - 2+ years experience working Intermediate Care/Progressive Care/Stepdown/ICU List typical procedures performed on unit(s): - - Care of Intermediate Care Patients - Standard nursing skills: IV insertions, urinary catheter insertion/maintenance, central line maintenance; medication administration; communication with all members of care team; documentation in EHR, Continuous Bladder Irrigation, NGT insertion/maintenance, EKG interpretation , titration of some drips Best personality Fit: - Friendly, positive, patient-centered, team-focused REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: RN Floating Area ( s ) : Med/surg /tele units Dress Code : Scrub Color /Attire - - Royal Blue scrubs - Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines . n/a - Weekends and On call( if any) No on-call, weekends as ne eded on unit - Planet Healthcare Job ID #6-890250.
