Evaluates, administers, and directs administration of therapeutic procedures utilized in Occupational Medicine and Rehabilitation as prescribed by a referring physician; establishes goals of Occupational Therapy, and re-assesses patients progress at regular, timely intervals, supporting findings with written documentation. Collaborates with inter-disciplinary team to improve patient outcomes, while respecting patients privacy and rights.*Education:* Graduate of Accredited O.T.
