Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payroll Account Specialist to manage
end-to-end payroll processes for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead multi-site, multi-state, and multi-frequency payroll with
accuracy and timeliness
Onboard new clients to ensure expectations of quality and delivery
timelines are met
Provide payroll and HRIS expertise to recommend and implement
solutions for clients' payroll needs
Required Qualifications
3+ years of multi-state and full-cycle payroll experience
2+ years of experience processing payroll in UKG Pro/UltiPro
Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
(preferred)
Canadian payroll experience (nice to have)
FPC or CPP certification (nice to have)
