Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Scrum Master in a startup
environment.
Key Responsibilities
Guide Agile practices and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning,
and retrospectives
Facilitate communication between the development team, product
management, and stakeholders
Drive successful deployments and coordinate with development, QA,
and client-facing teams
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or equivalent role in
deploying enterprise SaaS products
Experience launching new scrum-based projects and defining best
practices
Hands-on technical expertise with Python, SQL, Linux, and data
science concepts
Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices and tools
Interest in healthcare and value-based care models is a plus
