Job Description:
A company is looking for an AVP, General Liability Claims.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the handling of complex commercial liability claims through
a team of Complex Adjusters
Develop and mentor team members, analyze performance trends, and
advocate for process efficiencies
Promote a culture of service excellence, resolve escalated issues,
and collaborate with stakeholders
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in the insurance
industry
7-10 years of relevant claims work experience across multiple
casualty lines
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Advanced understanding of the industry and multi-state adjuster
licenses are a plus
