Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Producer to oversee the
production process of a groundbreaking MMORPG.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the production process, coordinating
multi-disciplinary efforts
Act as a liaison between the production team, executive management,
and external stakeholders
Define and track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
while overseeing quality assurance
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a Production role with a proven track
record of shipping multiple products
Experience leading cross-discipline game development teams within
Art, Design, and Engineering
Familiarity with Agile and Lean development methodologies
Deep understanding of dependency-driven pipelines and project
management practices
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello)
