Key Responsibilities
Design and implement Genesys cloud solutions based on business
requirements
Configure and customize Genesys applications to optimize
performance and troubleshoot technical issues
Monitor and maintain the Genesys environment, ensuring high
availability and performance
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience working with Genesys
Genesys certification is a plus
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong organizational skills
Customer-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality
support
